Join the City of Long Beach for the 2023 Black History Month Celebration in the City Hall lobby. Speakers include Mayor Rex Richardson, Council members Al Austin and Joni Ricks-Oddie, the Black Employee Association and the Port of Long Beach.

The presentation honored generations of African Americans who struggled with adversity to attain full citizenship in American society.
