Materials:
Old Shoes 👠
Fabric (make sure it’s somewhat stretches)
Fabric Glue or Modpodge (fabric works better)
Paintbrush
Exacto Knife
Scissors
Paper Clips or Something to hold down the fabric
And patience let the glue dry completely before you start cutting !!!!!!

For Purse
Sewing machine or Fabric Glue ( just add glue where you would sew)
Needle thread 🧵
Fabric -2 kinds one to match shoes and other for the inside of bag if using lace for matching must use another fabric that has more thickness to it.
And magnetic snap clasps
