Members of the UN Independent Fact-Finding Mission on Libya spoke to the media about their March 2022 report to the 49th session of the Human Rights Council.

Continuing serious human rights violations and a culture of impunity prevailing in different parts of Libya are impeding the transition to peace, democracy and the rule of law, they say.
