Recipe for 4 large portions:
Silken Tofu - 2 packs
Tinned chopped tomatoes / Tomato puree (not concentrate) - 3 tins
Fresh tomatoes - 4 medium / large
Green bell pepper - 1 large
Green Chilli pepper - 1 medium
Garlic - 5 cloves thin sliced
Turmeric - 1 heaped teaspoon
Cumin - 1.5 heaped teaspoon
Black Salt - 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper - to taste
Coriander / Cilantro - 1 handful
