Alright well, no real changes, nerfs to the best build, and a big old NOTHING change to Fel-Scarred? This is a terrible week, and we're basically out of time to fix things, which is so fun. Anyways, heres the changes for Havoc Demon Hunter in this week's Beta build for the War Within, as well as some changes for Tank balance, and some good changes for Enhancement shaman!
