Russia, Voronezh region, Divnogorie
The Divnogorye Nature Museum-Reserve is located near the town of Liski in the Voronezh Region. This is a very unusual museum, if we proceed from the classical understanding. Excursions are held here in the open air. And in order to see all the exhibits, travelers need to climb the stairs to 401 steps.
The museum complex was founded in 1991. Tourists are attracted here by the pristine nature and centuries-old history. These lands have witnessed various events, many of which have left their mark. The main attractions of the Divnogorye Nature Reserve are chalk rock formations in the form of pillars, a canyon with a depth of 5 floors, several cave temples and the ruins of an ancient fortress of the IX–X centuries. There is also a monastery of the XVII century, with which the fate of these places is inextricably linked.
In 2016, the museum-reserve became considered a cultural object of federal significance. | Beautiful places #shorts
