Welcome back Akira Bike project and recumbent / feet forward motorcycle fans and the curious!

Join me as I design and build from the ground up a fully functional high performance recumbent motorcycle, optimized to take full advantage of the recumbent platforms potential and aesthetically inspired by Kaneda's ride in "Akira"

I'm building Jigs and Fixtures along the way preparing for volume production, and will support multiple power platforms and energy sources. The build will progress in prototype phases adding complexity and features at each stage. The prototypes are not yet weight or performance optimized and will start out as general tests of the platform and design.

In this video I fabricate the exhaust system, including the header pipe and muffler mounts.
