Have you ever heard the comment "just drink more water" as a way to combat dry skin? A common myth when it comes to dry skin is that it can be prevented by drinking more water, this is not true. Studies have shown that increasing your water content does not help your skin to retain moisture, however, you should always aim to drink around 6-8 glasses of water per day for your own health.
