BLACK PEPPER MUTTON RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Mutton 750 gm
Onion chopped 1
Green chilies 8
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Curry leaves 10-12
Green cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Cinnamon 1 stick
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
METHOD :
Grind the above ingredients in a little blender. In a pressure cooker heat ½ cup oil, add chopped onion, and fry till light golden, add the ground masala, fry well, add mutton, fry well for another 10 mins, add water and pressure cook for 20 mins, open the cooker, dry off the excessive water, the gravy should be thick, remove in a serving dish, on the sides of the dish, serve with fried potato wedges.
PINK PUDDING RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Strawberry pure 1 cup
Whipped cream chilled 2 cups
Caster sugar 3 tbsp
Strawberry jelly 1 packet
Crushed coconut macaroons 1 ½ cup
METHOD :
Beat chilled cream with caster sugar, add strawberry puree, fold in jelly crystals, in small ice cream cups spread macaroons, top with pink pudding, allow to chill in freezer for 2 hours, and serve garnished with mint leaves.
