Ingredients (सामग्री):
1. Curd ( दही) - 500 ml
2. Milk (दूध) - 100 ml
3. Sugar (चीनी) - 3 to 4 tablespoons
4. Salt (नमक) - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Roasted cumin powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4 teaspoon
6. Water (पानी) - 750 ml or 1 liter
7. Wooden churner (मथनी)
8. Chat masala (चाट मसाला) for garnishing
9. Mind leaves (पुदीने का पत्ता) for garnishing
