The U.S. Attorney for Rhode Island said Tuesday that four people were charged in a scheme to smuggle drugs into the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Center in Central Falls.
The defendants are a Massachusetts lawyer, two Wyatt detainees, and a Connecticut woman.
