Today we will be making popular street food of India- Kolkata Kathi roll. In this recipe we made healthy version using whole wheat flour and shown your the best way to make Kathi roll. You can play around with own choice of ingredients as per your taste.

INGREDIANTS
DOUGH MAKING:
1cup/200gm Whole wheat flour(atta)
salt to taste
2tbsp Refined oil
water as required

MASALA STUFFING:
100gm chicken breast boneless
2nos onion
1no capsicum
2tbsp refined oil
1/4tsp jeera
Turmeric pinch
1tsp Chilli powder
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
coriander leaves
3nos egg
6tbsp mint chutney
sliced onions for rolling
