In the mountains near Pipestone Pass, just east of Butte, Montana,
there is a strange pile of dark boulders with unique musical properties
call "Ringing Rocks". These boulders are darker and denser than the
granite boulders that cover the area. They sound like a bell when
struck with a hammer or another rock. Most of the rocks in the group
exhibit at least some ringing, some are very musical!
