अगर आप नौकरी या किसी दूसरी वजह से दूसरे शहर में रह रहे हैं तो आपको आपको राशनकार्ड का सत्यापन कराने के लिए अपने जिले में आने की जरूरत नहीं हैं..आप जहां रह रहे हैं वहीं पर E-KYC करा सकते हैं..बस आपको इसके लिए कोटेदार के पास जाकर बायोमीट्रिक करानी होगी...सरकार ने यह व्यवस्था उन लोगों के लिए शुरू की है, जिनका कार्ड किसी अन्य जिले का बना है, लेकिन रह कहीं और रहे हैं। इस सहूलियत से लोगों को राशनकार्ड से यूनिट कटने, राशन कार्ड निरस्त किए जाने की चिंता नहीं रहेगी.
