The ryzen 7 5800X is known for running hot and power hungry. I assume due to binning a lot of users ended up receiving samples which just have more power shoved into them than what’s necessary for maintaining near stock performance. You can easily alter your power limits and significantly reduce power, lower temps, and reduce noise for your chip while also keep the same stock gaming performance.
