Come and visit the citizens' own EU institution, the European Parliament, on Saturday 8 May. That's when all the European institutions open their doors for those curious to learn more about how they work. This year the Parliament focuses on the Schuman declaration, the founding document of what was to become the European Union, signed 60 years ago.
