Instructions:

1. Put MGSResolutionPatch.asi and MGSResolutionPatch.ini into your MGS3 directory.
2. Put d3d11.dll from Ultimate ASI Loader into your MGS3 directory.
3. Open MGSResolutionPatch.ini with a text editor to change the resolution to the one you desire.
4. Sit down and play the goddamn game.
