-DRING WATER TO A BOIL.
-MEANWHILE HEAT OIL IN A BIG PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT,
ADD THE MUSHROOMS FRY FOR 8 MINUTES, STIRRING
OFTEN, CRUSH THE GARLIC AND THEN ADD THE SALT AND BLACK PEPPER COOK FOR 2 MINUTES THEREAFTER ADD 1/2 TBSP OF PARSLEY MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, AFTER THAT ADD WATER COOK 2 MINUTES.
-BY NOW THE WATER HAS BOILED ADD SALT AND THEN PASTA COOK ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDED TIME OR 1 MINUTE LESS THE RECOMMENDED TIME FOR AL DENTE TEXTURE IT TAKES 10 MINUTES.
-MEANWHILE ADD THE CREAM COOK ON LOW FOR 8
MINUTES STIR EVERY NOW AND THEN.
-THE SAUCE IS READY TURN OFF THE HEAT. BY THE TIME THE MUSHROOM SAUCE IS READY THE PASTA WILL ALSO BE READY, SCOOP OUT THE PASTA FROM THE POT AND ADD TO THE MUSHROOM SAUCE MIX WELL AND ADD THE REMAINING PARSLEY.
-SERVE WITH BIT OF GRATED GRANA PADANO OR PARMESAN CHEESE.
