Ingredients -

chicken (मुर्गा) - 400g (boneless)
Onion (प्याज) - 2 large (chopped & fried)
ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) - 1 tbsp
curd (दही) - 1 cup
dried red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 3-4
coriander seeds (खड़ा धनिया) - 2 tsp
cumin seeds (ज़ीरा) - 1 tsp
green cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 2-3
black cardamom (काली इलाइची) - 1
cloves (लौंग) - 5-6
almonds (बादाम) - 6-7
dessicated coconut (सूखा नारियल) - 2 tsp
poppy seeds (खसखस) - 2 tsp (If it's not available, you can use Cashew - 6-7)
kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 tsp
salt (नमक) - 1 tsp (or as per taste)
ghee/oil (घी / तेल) - 1/2 cup
coriander leaves and green chilli for garnishing (हरा धनिया और हरी मिर्च सजाने के लिए)
