The propagators of Rastifari, peace, and freedom, the legendary Wailers blessed our Tiny Porch with an acoustic set, fresh bud, and forever smiling, grateful faces. On June 29, Moonshiners, the Tiny Porch team, and a few friends gathered on the Crystal Bay Club’s parking lot roof to hear the timeless and inspiring legends do their thing. And if you didn’t already know, their “thing” is professing peace, love, and history to the masses — bringing with them a beautiful spectacle of joy wherever they go. Band members Aston Barrett Jr., Andres Lopez, Glen Dacosta, Owen “Dreadie” Reid, and Joshua David Barrett, sang their songs of freedom, “Wake Up and Live” and “Redemption Song” under the Sierra sky with a Lake Tahoe backdrop.
