South Korea's K2 Black Panther tanks fire toward their targets up a mountain, to practice destroying enemy territory.
The South Korean Army held a large-scale training on Tuesday, the largest live-fire maneuver exercise in four years.
The training involved a total of 23 different types of weapons systems, including South Korea's anti-tank guided missile, Hyeon-gung and K9 self-propelled howitzers.
It also involved live firing of the country's K239 Chunmoo multiple rocket launcher which has a long firing range, and precisely hit their targets.
Tuesday's exercise was held in front of some 1-thousand-800 people, including South Korean officials and general officers from 25 different countries as it was held a day ahead of a large defense exhibition in the country 'DX Korea'.
"The training was a good opportunity to show the power of our armed forces to South Koreans and those from other countries. We will continue to focus on our training to enhance our combat power with these advanced battle systems."
The latest drill also involved Apache and Cobra helicopters, where they made steep turns, to show the evasive maneuvers that could be crucial in avoiding enemy attacks.
