Traditionally balsamic vinegar
made from grape must

Ingredients:

- apple cider vinegar - 500 ml

Preparation:

over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes.
🍒While the sauce is being cooked,
call jars with curling
lids (possible in the oven, in the microwave
new, or just boil in water.
🍒 Remove the prepared sauce from the heat,
add apple cider vinegar, pour
into the container and close the lid. Cool down,
then refrigerate
for 3 days!
🍒After 3 days!
strain the liquid! through cheesecloth,

and send the vinegar to the refrigerator again
