How To Do SEAL JACKS:
Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do SEAL JACKS.
SEAL JACKS: Targeted Muscles:
Seal Jacks, similar to jumping jacks, are an excellent full body cardio exercise that can be used to warm up the body, or as part of a HIIT workout, or can also be used as a workout finisher at the end of a workout.
To perform SEAL JACKS:
1. Start with your feet hip width apart and your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder level.
2. Hop to spread your feet wide while clapping your hands with extended arms in front of your chest.
3. Immediately return to the beginning position and repeat for reps.
4. If you have difficulty with the coordination, an easier modification is spreading your legs and arms at the same time.
