Asking for help is important, because someone can show us the light switch and a door opening where we can not see it yet ourselves.
Asking for help doesn’t mean we are giving up,
It actually means that you are willing to find the door opening where you can not see it yet.It is said that the cause of fear of asking for help is because
we have fear of being perceived as needy,
or because we don’t want to be ashamed,
or we don’t want to be rejected,
or we don’t want to come across as incompetent, but could it be their lies a deeper root cause of our fear of asking for help?
We rather keep walking around in a dark room, rather then to ask for help where the light switch is.
Rather living in darkness, then to be confronted with the eyes and judgements of others.
And it is true, in self development or self-actualisation, we eventually we have to do it ourselves, we have to walk though that door ourselves, but what do you think will help you the most, to keep wondering around in a dark room or asking for help where the light switch is to be found?
