In this video, I'm going to show you how to use the 70% of ARV rule. I'll be breaking it down for you so you can use it for wholesaling houses.
➡️ The house I'm showing you in this video is worth $200 000, but I bought it for $90 000.
It's ideal in any market because it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

To start, with the help of a calculator, we put in the value of the house, and then we multiply it by .70.
➡️ As the Wholesaler, you need to estimate costs of repair and finally, you need to figure out how much you want to make off of this deal. So we subtract the repairs fee and the assignment fee.
