Directly in the line, the slats are cut to length, inserted to form the curtain and the curtain is blocked with plastic caps so that it ready for the assembly. System includes:
- Double uncoiler
- Dallan T4 precision rollformer
- Foaming machine for PU
- Curing benches
- Flying cutoff
- Punching system for ventilation holes
- Stacking unit (inserting the slats and creating the curtain)
- Caps application machine
