Before anything else, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I would also like to thank the two guys involved in this video (Thanks Glenn Ford for the lighting and Kenneth Jhon for the extra white shirt) for their participation and support and also Peephole Productions for making this video possible. It has been another year full of learning and I am eager to learn more. This year has been full of surprises and fun. I am glad to say that God has blessed me with friends, family and this talent because through these things I acquire life's precious gift which is happiness. I hope that 2016 would make it even better.
Decisions are very important in our lives. It determines the person who we'll be in the next years. To make a decision requires not merely choosing based on what we feel and want but it is rather rational wherein one must know the causes and effects of the choices that is laid out to us. Better decisions gives us better results. But there are times when one has to choose on serious matters. During these times, we have to choose what's best for us and what we'll regret least. Some people may say that decisions are quite simple and easy but they have yet to learn. From the moment we wake up, we already make decisions. Should I eat breakfast? If you do you'll be awake, alert and ready to go but you will be late for school and if you don't you'll be the opposite. Should I wear my new clothes for today? If you do people may think of you as neat and with the trend or you may be laughed at for wearing something that doesn't fit you. Should I get up already when it's still 2 hours before class? If you do, you will be early prepared and there would still be time to study but was your sleep enough to wake up early? These questions may seem easy to answer but they have a lot of impact into our lives. We might not realize it now but soon we will. Decisions are part of us. They define what person we are and we'll be. We can ask other people on what they would choose given our situation but in the end we still have the final say. But there is still one thing that we have to know and realize, will these decisions bring us closer to our goals in life? We have to think this through. We have to make the right decisions that would bring us closer to our goals, to our dreams in life because if we just just choose what we want, we may not be any closer to our dreams in life. In fact, some decisions can bring us further into confusion until we question ourselves, did I live life to the fullest? From time to time, let us try to evaluate if our decisions has brought us closer to reaching our goals because time is running and we should make the most of every second of our existence. We may say that we can just stop minding about these things, keep it cool and enjoy life but the reality is every decision matters. Sometimes, we just can't help it but say that we can't keep cool about it.
I made this video because I think being cool and taking things lightly is wrong. We have to push our selves to the limit. We can't reach our dreams, we won't be named champions if we don't get up and survive our breaking point. Let's use our wise decision making skills as our advantage towards our goals. Let us live, love, and learn from our mistakes. Only you can be better than yourself.
