4. Tricep Rope Pressdowns
5. Biceps Cable Curls
6. Cable Preacher Curls
7. Single Arm Cross Body Cable Curls
8. Cable Rope Hammer Curls

Traps: 10 Sets / 15 Reps
1. Smith Machine Shrugs
