HOMEMADE TORTILLA BOWLS! - 1-Minute Video! – Who knew something so fabulous could be so easy to make? Made with only 4 ingredients, these HOMEMADE TORTILLA BOWLS also taste as good as they look. Make your favourite salad and then use them for the ultimate base for your next healthy midday treat. Feel free to use your favourite soft tortillas when you go to make them – they work perfectly every time!

Here’s how to make them:

INGREDIENTS
4 8-inch soft tortillas
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
a sprinkle of black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Invert 4 oven-safe bowls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3) Lay one of the tortilla shells onto a plate and brush with melted butter. Flip it over and brush the other side. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
4) Drape the tortilla onto its own inverted bowl with the cheese-coated side facing up. Repeat with the remaining 3 tortillas.
5) Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas brown. Cool completely before popping them off the bowl.
