Where to find the Xenogard Pal / Find and Catch Xenogard
Xenogard ( no 126 in your Paldeck ), cannot be found at any specific location because it spawns at meteorite crash locations. Meteorite crashes are random events that appear on the map as meteorite icons. Once you get to the crash site you'll find Pals, such as Xenogard fighting against faction members.
Keep in mind that Xenogard isn't the only Pal that spawns at crash sites but it is more likely to come across at crash sites on the desert island to the north east.
