HI FRIENDS! Here’s a full week of eats! This is far from a "perfect" week of eating if there's even such thing. I'm here to show you that it's okay to not have the most aesthetic or well balanced meals ALL THE TIME. It can be difficult to sustain, but as long as you are making conscious efforts to eat enough and healthy *most times*, you're doing just fine!
