Housing is most people's single biggest expense, which means it's a pretty touchy subject. It's no surprise that landlords have a pretty bad reputation, but are they actually the bad guys? The answer, unsurprisingly, is complicated. I honestly don't think that I even remotely addressed all the nuance that this topic deserves, but at least it covers some interesting concepts and perspectives.
