Ingredients

Minced meat - 500 grams
Grated cheese - 100 grams
Green onion - 1 stalk
Parsley - 1/2 link
Eggs - 3 pcs
Phyllo dough - 500 grams
Melted butter - 50 grams
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the grated cheese, the egg, the green onion and parsley, chopped small. Season with black and paprika and salt.

Spread 1 sheet of phyllo dough, sprinkle it with melted butter, place another sheet of phyllo dough, sprinkle with melted butter again. We place a third sheet and apply a generous amount of the filling on it, spreading it thinly and evenly, as shown in the video above.

We roll up. Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Brush the roll with 2 eggs, which we beat with 20 grams of melted butter and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
