This salad uses orzo, the rice-shaped pasta as a base, and then I just throw in some random vegetables with feta cheese and when paired with a basic vinaigrette, it always turns out good.

- 28 g oil
- 15 g rice wine vinegar
- 5 g mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, zested
- pinch of dry oregano
- pinch of sumac
- 10 cranks black pepper
