Alice Madness Returns is a phenomenal game, despite its age. If you want to get the DLC for it and uncap its framerate, then follow along with this video!

While this worked for me initially, now I'm struggling to get the weapons.
@m00semeat41 says adding these 2 lines to DefaultInput.ini fixed the problem for them:
+Bindings=(Name="o",Command="EnableAllDLCWeapons")
+Bindings=(Name="p",Command="DisableAllDLCWeapons")
Then hitting the O key when you are on the Equip screen.
@nicorabi9414 said that they typed "o" while playing the game, and it enabled the weapons.
