After these new move speed changes, cleric has taken a turn for the best. Judgement builds are just nuts, 50 damage, and a 45% ms slow is just insane (on a mid kit), with the ability to stack Will which gives innate MR because of the new update (Will also makes your judgement do more damage) and get PDR from plate gear and still having high-ish move speed.
