As an animal lover since childhood, Fred Wong Chi-on joined SPCA, an animal protection NGO in Hong Kong, to become an assistant inspector two years ago.
We followed Fred for a day to see how the NGO’s ‘animal ambulance’ works to rehabilitate abandoned and neglected animals in the city.
