This exercise series was performed with The Stabilizer Biofeedback Unit however can also be performed with a standard Blood Pressure Cuff folded and placed under the lumbar spine. First place the bladder of the unit under the low back then inflate the cuff to 40mmHg. Then draw your belly button up and in toward your spine in a bracing force. Note: if you see the meter go higher than 40mmHg you are contracting your abdominals too strongly.
Level Two is the hip fallout: perform the abdominal contraction keeping the meter at 40mmHg and drop the hip slowly and don't let the meter dial change. You have a 5mmHg window of error each direction.
Perform these levels for the first week 2x per day then progress to levels 3 & 4.
level 1: 10 second hold 10 times
Level 2: 10 reps and 3 sets on each side (whichever is harder focus more on that one).
