As we’re now in the thick of pollen season, which begins in late March and runs until September, there are a lot of runny noses, sneezing, scratchy throats and itchy eyes about at the moment. Unhelpfully, these can also be the symptoms of the common cold, the flu and, more often, Coronavirus.
With so many similar symptoms, it’s no wonder people aren’t sure if their sniffles result from allergies or something viral. In this video, I address definitive ways of distinguishing between the two.
