We are working boxing drills, kickboxing combos, and FULL body KB finishers with a bonus Jump In the Ring! Remember you can always substitute a KB with a single heavy dumbbell and use a set of light hand weights in place of a rope.

Here's everything you need to know before stepping into the ring!
Round 2: Sweat Boxing - 3-minute Boxing Drill in both stances + 3 sets of a 1-minute Knockout Abs KB Finisher + Bonus 45-second Jump In the Ring.
Round 3: Sweat Kicking - 3-minute Kicking & Defensive Drill in both stances + 3 sets of a 1-minute Above the Belt KB Finisher + Bonus 45-second Jump In the Ring.
Round 4: Sweat Kickboxing - 3-minute Combo (punching & kicking) in both stances + 3 sets of a 1-minute Below the Belt KB Finisher + Bonus 45-second Jump In the Ring.
Round 5: Sweat Kickboxing - 3-minute Combo (punching & kicking) in both stances + 3 sets of a 1-minute Full Body KB Finisher + Bonus 45-second Jump In the Ring.
Round 6: Sweat Box Tabata - 4-minute Round alternating between two conditioning movements. 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
