Once you figure out the ROOT CAUSE of your pain, you can then figure out how to effectively eliminate the pain.
In today's video, I'll challenge you to take one step back to figure out the TRUE root cause of the problem.
In other words, what's causing the issue with the disc, degenerative structures and/or SI joints?
Is it a postural issue, a movement issue, a training issue, or maybe an existing injury (something like a knee or hip issue).
