The disciples were incredibly afraid but Jesus stood up and asked the disciples "Why do you have so little faith?". Then he rebuked the wind and the waves and the waters became calm.

When we're in a tough place in our lives, it can be easy to wonder, does Jesus even care about what I'm going through? If he did, he would do something. But this is how God handles our fear. He says, "Let me calm the storm IN you before I calm the storm AROUND you."
