Blackcurrant pie. Open blackcurrant pie.

Ingredients of 4 portions
Wheat flour - 300 g
Sugar - 100 g
Egg - 2 pieces
Butter - 100 g
The blackcurrant frozen - 200 g

1. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut butter in cubes and add to mix. Carefully
mix. Slightly stir eggs, add to mix. If it is necessary, add a little more flour.
2. Defreeze blackcurrant previously a little and powder with sugar.
3. Roll dough in a sphere. Separate from it small part for decoration of pie. Roll
dough with a thin layer and lay in a form. If form not silicone, previously grease
a form with butter.
4. In the turned-out framework of pie lay out blackcurrant. From the rest of dough
roll strips and decorate pie. From above sugar.
5. To bake 25–30 minutes in an oven at a temperature of 350F.
