Ryan Segin of Woodbine N.J. was arrested just after noon Sunday when she was spotted in the middle of a crowd trying to set the pro-police flag on fire. She was allegedly utilizing a flammable paint stripper as her catalyst according to the local ABC News affiliate Action News."The lady was about to burn a flag in the middle of a crowded area so the cops had to detain her " a witness told the news station.Segin was charged with attempted arson risking a catastrophe recklessly endangering another person and related offenses the Philadelphia Police Department told the Daily News. No one was injured.She was arraigned in Philadelphia court on Monday according to the Philadelphia Patch and had bail set at 10 of $50 000.
