Bob Crane was a radio DJ, drummer, comedic actor and tripod victim. After becoming a star on the WWII-themed sitcom "Hogan's Heroes", his career threw him on the dinner theater circuit. While touring the country, he and best friend "Carpy" would hookup with as many women as they could, often filming their dalliances. This went on until Crane turned up dead -- bludgeoned by camera equipment.
