This coffee is one of my favs for a cold day and I just want to get cozy with a big cobija.
For this recipe you will need:
1 stick of cinnamon
1 whole clove
1 whole star anise
About an oz of piloncillo
- for those of you wondering, it’s called 'panela' in other countries but essentially it's unrefined brown sugar.
You'll need Ground coffee for a cafetiere aka a French press coffee maker.
I am using about 2 ½ cups of water.
