This talk comes from the perspective of a child and focuses on the mistakes that adults have made regarding the preservation of Earth. This talk gives the phrase “out of the mouth of babes” a new color, green. It serves as a constant reminder that our actions today may not be widely accepted by the generations of tomorrow. What brings us elation in the present may cause our children sorrow in the future. Jayairus Bryant is a free-spirited 2nd grader at Cooper Elementary in Houston who possesses a unique combination of grit and wit. He enjoys reading, playing video games, and learning about space. He will be discussing mistakes that adults have made regarding environmental issues and how those mistakes have impacted children. Hold onto your seat!
