☁ Ingredients :
Cream cheese 120g
Milk 80g
Butter 30g
Low gluten flour 20g
Corn starch 10g
Eggs 3
White sugar 40g
Directions :
1.Add cream cheese and milk then stir until melted.
2. Add butter then stir until melted.
3. Add flour
4. Crack 3 eggs and separate egg whites and egg yolks.
5. Pour the egg yolks into the batter.
6. Filtering the batter.
7. Add sugar and beat egg whites.
8. Take some of the egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture.
9. Then pour all the egg yolk mixture to the egg white mixture.
10. Bake at 130°C for 60 minutes.
11. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
