Finally i got my revenge for first playthrough when he kicked my arse a bit:)

Took me a while before i manage to get everything i want. Ignore Hornet ring as i dropped it from another character( it doesn't work on Gundyr or Pontiff anyway)
Im gonna try to lvl up higher in dexterity and i will try to get Black Knight Greataxe as got higher damage. Im 90% sure it's impossible to One Shot him but i will try.

Ok. I’ve made some different tests with sets of Buffs and Black Knight Greataxe.
Stats: 99str 40dex 30fth
Buffs:
Black Knight Greataxe buff - BKGB
Power Within – PW
Carthus Beacon – CB
Oath of the Sunlight – OS
Sacred Oath – SO
Dragon Torso Stone – DT
Deep Protection – DP
Main one I used in video deals 2750dmg for 1 riposte
BKGB+PW+OS+SO+DP+DT= 2750
DMG/ one riposte
BKGB+DT+SO+DP=2648
BKGB+DT+SO+DP+OS=2648
SO and OS doesn’t stack as someone said it before.
SO+PW+BKGB+DT=2763
SO+PW(with Scholar Ring)+DT+BKGB+DP= 2801 – On this one I need to check if PW damage is affected by FTH/INT
OS+PW+BKGB+DT= 3026
CB+SO+DP+BKGB+DT= 2736
PW and CB does not stack!
BIGGEST damage was when I used :
SO+PW+BKGB+DT= 3068 DMG per one riposte.
