Being an above the knee amputee, I never knew that I will be limited to wear different types of shoe. Though it’s not a terrible restriction, instead it’s more beneficial for once health and safety. During alignment process the prosthetic doctor request to have my most favorite shoe that usual I feel comfortable with. So, I was provided with the requirement, shoe can be sport or a flat heel shoe and not exceeding 2inch. I selected sport shoe because of its comfort and stability and that’s what matter most.
